Uma análise dos planos Quinquenais da China como impulsores para o desenvolvimento de energias renováveis

RESUMO
Este artigo analisa o impacto dos Planos Quinquenais da China no desenvolvimento de energias renováveis, desde o 11º até o 14º Plano. Busca-se compreender de que maneira esses planos influenciaram na inserção de energia renovável, enfatizando o papel do Estado como facilitador, criando condições favoráveis através das políticas e dos investimentos em infraestrutura.
