Resolução de Conflitos na África Subsaariana: O Papel do Power-Sharing e da Capacidade Estatal nos casos de Angola e da República Democrática do Congo

Este trabalho busca compreender o papel de acordos de paz de power-sharing (distribuição de poder) e da Capacidade Estatal para a resolução de conflitos armados na África Subsaariana, ao analisar os casos de Angola (1994 e 2002) e da República Democrática do Congo (2002). Argumenta-se que a Capacidade Estatal parece ser condição necessária na estabilização de conflitos e, eventualmente, para a efetividade de acordos power-sharing.
