La política energética india en África a la luz de los demás poderes emergentes y las potencias tradicionales
Abstract
El artículo analiza la política energética de India en los países africanos productores de petróleo considerando dos variables: las restricciones geopolíticas -producto del interés de las demás potencias emergentes y de las potencias tradicionales en el continente- y las iniciativas de Cooperación Sur-Sur indias, como un factor de diferenciación frente a sus “competidores”.
