Uma Interpretação A Partir De Robert W. Cox

Resumo

A política externa implementada pelo Catar após 1995 apresenta características incomuns para um pequeno Estado. A complexa estratégia de projeção internacional é analisada tendo como aporte teórico o trabalho de Robert W. Cox, de inspiração gramsciana, descrevendo como o Catar mobilizou capacidades materiais, instituições e ideias para atingir seus objetivos.
