I minori palestinesi sottoposti alla giurisdizione militare israeliana

Il presente lavoro analizza il trattamento riservato dalle autorità israeliane ai minori palestinesi, mettendo in luce come tale trattamento configuri un processo coercitivo sistematico, radicato nelle strutture politiche e militari del conflitto israelo-palestinese. Attraverso una narrazione articolata in “finestre” tematiche, il testo esplora le tappe del percorso che questi minori affrontano, dall’arresto fino alla detenzione. A partire dalla Seconda Intifada (2000), si rileva un significativo incremento nelle violazioni dei diritti umani, con migliaia di adolescenti arrestati, spesso sottoposti a maltrattamenti, umiliazioni e condizioni carcerarie disumane. L’impiego di tribunali militari e di misure eccezionali, come la detenzione amministrativa, contribuisce a criminalizzare i minori, ignorando il contesto politico in cui si inseriscono le loro azioni e trascurando completamente le loro esigenze psicologiche ed evolutive.
