Resumo

A demora da ONU em tratar o genocídio em Ruanda (1993) refletiu no massacre em Darfur (2004). Nesse último caso, foi criada uma missão de paz híbrida com a União Africana. Partindo da comparação entre elas, refuta-se que a condução da missão seja afetada somente pela sua composição.
