From a literature review on the subject, the survey that subsidizes their findings can be characterized as a survey involving the application of 241 questionnaires composed of scales of the Likert type. The results of the congruence analysis, calculated through the P-O fitting measure, are positive for all the groups evaluated. As for personal values, findings point to "benevolence" and "conformity" as the most recurrent types, as opposed to "stimulation" and "power". As for organizational values, there is a consensus among professionals that the organization prioritizes those related to the "domain" and "organizational prestige" categories. As for the contribution, the study corroborates the feasibility of research involving the P-O fitting construct in Brazil, as well as signals for the power games and cultural artifacts associated with the instrumentalization of the values fitting construct in the organizational scope.
