In the teaching-learning process of Administration disciplines, it is essential to understand the market dynamics. However, the labor and/or business market is not part of the reality of many young students enrolled in technical and superior courses. So, the building of a market view to them presents a challenge to professors. To overcome this barrier, it is possible to use experimental learning with business games. This study aims to build a business games framework able to support a business game building, adapted to IF Sudeste MG Juiz de Fora campus context. It is used data triangulation as a data collect methodology through bibliographic research, documentary research and interviews, analyzed through content analysis. As result, a conceptual model applied to automotive market scenario was proposed. Although this model considers a specific institution context, it is possible that many concepts herein used could be compatibles with other educational realities.
