MORAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORK AND COPING STRATEGIES IN THE OPINION OF FEDERAL TECHNICAL-ADMINISTRATIVE SERVERS

This research aims to understand the relationship between the practices of moral harassment and the coping strategies adopted in the opinion of the technical-administrative servants in Education of a Public Institution of Higher Education. For this purpose, lifting was carried out (Survey) with TAEs servers. The data collection stage consisted of the application of a research questionnaire divided into three parts: socio-demographic and socio-professional data; Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ-R) e; Toulousaine Coping Scale (ETC-R). Some relationships were observed between harassment practices and coping strategies. The Work-Related Harassment aspect was related to the Refusal, Isolation and Distraction Strategies.
