Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the perceptions of electricians and foremen who work in an electric power utility located in Rio Grande do Sul, about the dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. Data collection took place through individual interviews and the analysis was carried out through the categories defined a priori: Disclosure of the Organizational Image, Creative Suggestions and Cooperation with Colleagues. The results demonstrate that workers perceive these dimensions in their work, which implies feeling proud of the activity they develop; support colleagues and express their ideas.
