This research aims to assess whether the antecedents of entrepreneurial intention influence the dimensions of sustainability in the perception of undergraduate and graduate students in Business Administration. Through a websurvey, in which 180 university students from public and private institutions in southern Brazil were recruited. Statistical treatments based on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), Multigroup Analysis (MGA) and Necessary Conditions Analysis (NCA) were performed. The proposed model relates the dimensions: personal attitudes, subjective norms and perception of behavior control, in sustainability three dimensions of sustainable development were used, namely: economic sustainability, social sustainability and environmental sustainability. Before reaching the final results, a comparative study was carried out between public and private universities and undergraduate and graduate students and it was verified that there was no significant difference between the groups. Therefore, when analyzing the students together, it was found that the economic sustainability dimension explains the model in 21.3%, social sustainability in 10.8% and environmental sustainability did not present a significant coefficient. Subjective norms had a direct and positive influence on the three dimensions of sustainability, and the perception of behavioral control directly and positively influences economic sustainability. Using the NCA, it was found that economic sustainability was better related to the dimensions of entrepreneurial attitude and among the dimensions, the perception of behavior control was the one that best related due to its low inefficiency of results 39.35%.
