The demands of cities have been driving the search for new solutions that can address them. The strategic digital city seeks to increase the quality of life of citizens through strategies and public services with information technology. The objective was to analyze municipal strategies, public services with information technology and their relationship with strategic digital city. The research methodology emphasized the case study in Oslo - Norway, from the analysis of 2 constructs and 7 variables. The results show the use of information technology to improve municipal services to citizens. The alignment of public services with information technology provided by the city and the strategic axes of the city characterizes the strategic digital city project. The municipal public services related to health and taxation were highlighted with a focus on the elimination of bureaucratic services. The existing relationship between the strategic axes and information technology allows the improvement of the provision of services to citizens, providing a higher quality of life for the population. The conclusion reiterates the relationship between strategic planning and municipal public services, enabling the process of digitizing public services to meet the demands of the city and enhance the development and quality of life of citizens.
