Abstract

This present article seeks to analyze the uberization process of working conditions in Brazil, from a Marxist perspective. We intend to show how the neoliberal offensive made possible the worldwide restructuring of productive capital and labor relations, deepening the contradictions of contemporary capitalism. The new transnationals apps, driven by technological advances, have expanded the deconstruction of work, and as a result, have increased the extraction of surplus value. The current Brazilian political-economic situation and the role of the State in the institutionalization of precariousness work have led to the expansion of apps’ work. Finally, we demonstrate the importance of combating the deregulation of labor rights.
