Abstract

Writing is the simulacrum of society. It reproduces, through registers, temporality, interests, concepts and social pre(concepts). The latter, for example, contemplates binarism (man and woman) socially constructed and so present in the most diverse written texts, reinforcing the restrictive idea of the unique and exclusive existence of two beings: male and female. Thus, there is a need for a discussion of heteronormative predominance, of machista bias, in texts and of how the sensitive look of the reviewer of texts contributes to these contemporary issues. Therefore, thinking about the important role developed by the reviewer of texts, this work has the objective of reflecting on the posture of the reviewer in relation to the markings of binarism in varied texts. In addition, it intends to understand the grammar as allied or not of the discourse, to think of the markings "and", "@" and "x" as liberators of the macho binarism and to contribute with the discussions on masculine discourse and binarism. Thus, this study aims to question how significant it is to contemplate discursiveness in detriment of grammatical norms, in view of non-binary people.
