Abstract

This article argues about the importance of interpersonal relationships within schools. In addition, it highlights the responsibility of pedagogical coordination in the face of this issue. The coordinator, considered as a leader within the school institution, needs to have specific characteristics to deal with situations focused on interpersonal relationships, since running a school is not an easy task or even anyone else's.
