Abstract

The purpose of this work is to explain the displacements made by teachers in this time of
uncertainty due to the pandemic of the new Coronavirus, Covid-19, through reflection on the
training and teaching profession while mastering the Graduate Program in Education -
Formative Processes and Social Inequalities, Faculty of Teacher Training (FFP), State
University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). In Josso's light, the research is based on the concept of
experience, problematizing how experiences in the pandemic context contributed to personal,
professional, and social formative processes. In view of the current scenario of education in
Brazil and in the world, we understand that through the methodological device of the
narratives and reflections they provide, it is possible to problematize the formative trajectory
during this period. Still according to Josso, the narrative becomes a springboard, a point of
support for the leap of thought. The study aims to problematize how self-formation process
developed from the perspective of a master's student in training in these atypical times.
