Entre trabalho, casa e família: um estudo sobre gênero e carreiras no setor público

Abstract

This paper discusses the women working in the public service. Based on gender studies, we seek to know how women organize their time between career and home and how to face the challenges of multiple demands and professional and personal order tasks that are presented to it in contemporary Brazilian society. What we can see through this research is that last important challenges in the transition from a labor market model and society in which the woman was busy just housekeeping to one in which they pass well to assume an important role in the labor market.
