Intervenção na Oficina de Formação Humana e Empregabilidade da Associação Projeto Providência: Conscientização sobre as formalidades do mercado de trabalho

Abstract

This article reports a field experience of psychology students at PUC Minas São Gabriel in the Human Development and Employability Workshop at Projeto Providência Association through the Psychosocial Intervention in Education curricular internship. The objective of the work was to raise awareness and sensitize from the reflection with a group of young people of the project about the perspectives, challenges and requirements for insertion in the labor market. The internship was based on Educational Psychology and Vocational Guidance, using an export workshop for information, discussions and an analysis in which they could follow the progress of meetings built or with knowledge for the purpose of appropriating the subject that was reflected. As a result, it became the largest development and computerization of participants on the topic and then better prepared for a job market insertion and its processes, allowing him to undertake more discerning career and life planning.
