Abstract

This article is part of a broader research, whose general objective was to identify the discourses on the work practices of the teams in the Reference Center on Social Assistance (CRAS) in different municipalities of Brazil, seeking to problematize the advances regarding the promotion. of collective experiences in that context. In this article, we focus on material from two municipalities in the southern region of the country, with regard to who the user is from the perspective of social workers, through collective interviews with each team, in each equipment. From Jacques Rancière's socio-historical psychology and ideas, we analyze the discourses, construct scenes as research material and dialogue with them analytical categories. The results brought two categories: the experience of political subjectivation and the power of social care users, pointing possibilities for the promotion of citizenship in psychosocial activities.
