Abstract

The nodal clinic of an adolescent, from a fragment of a case, will be treated in this article, with reference to the R.S.I. Seminar where Lacan dispenses with the Name-of-the-Father to tie the three levels of psychic reality. The following nominations: imaginary, symbolic and real, appear as modalities of a fourth link in the Borromean knot, with the function of repairing the knot’s lapses. t is through the fragment of this case that the nomination appears as an intertwining of the three records - imaginary, real, symbolic - through the feudian trio - inhibition, symptom and anguish -. It is noteworthy that the subject can invent new repairs to tie his subjectivity through his singularity The writing of the Borromean knot directs a treatment in jouissance, illustrating, from the case, the passage from anguish as jouissance to anguish as a desire, making of the object a an object that causes, making possible to name its existence.
