POEINT: the transition from a Polo School of Education Integrated for a School of Integral and Integrated Educational

The transition from a traditional school to an innovative model is the subject of this experience report, with the observation throughout a school year in the experience of breaking down walls and creating networks. The "Escola da Ponte" model adopted in a Belo Horizonte Municipal School is a pioneering and daring attitude in public basic education. It is told here the victories, the difficulties, and tehe perseverance of the educators’ team who embraced the challenge until making it reality, always having in mind the focus on narration of the changes achieved.
