Housing is a basic requisite of health. A deconstruction of the subject brings a deconstruction of health value for those who are socially marginalized. To the process of degradation of the living conditions, there are added family conflicts, mental problems and drugs dependency. The street appears as "an alternative of life". This population seems extremely complex, heterogeneous and fragile. It is pertinent, therefore, to know more about this population, the health/disease process, what they need, what they perceive, what they want, how they perceive it, as basic as health access are not experienced by this group, including their needs and oral health/health needs, and strategies for building these values for this population. An integrative literature review was carried out worldwide. It is concluded that the implementation of more equitable intersectoral and health public policies that attenuate a vulnerability of this group, and it will able to rescue citizenship and improve access to oral health/health and thus enabling the construction of health value.
