Abstract

In this sense, the present work sought to verify the impacts of the Justice Time Program in the judgment of the interlocutory appeal brought in face of decisions of pronunciation, within the scope of the Ceara State Court of Justice. Thus, we investigated possible impacts of the time of judgment of  interlocutory appeal, from a quantitative perspective. Were analyzed 391 RESE's. As well as it was noticed that there is a decreasing line in relation to the time of judgment of these resources. In addition, there was a high dispersion in the data, with a standard deviation of 334 days and concentration of judges close to the median.
