A temática desenvolvida na tese de doutorado intitulada Igualdade e facticidade, defendida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito Civil da UFMG, ajusta-se a uma possibilidade de leitura dual da realidade. De um lado, investiga-se a ambivalência do Princípio de Isonomia nos institutos e nas relações jurídicas. De outro, analisa-se o suporte indagativo da História da Filosofia acerca de tópico sempre tão presente nos contornos da intersubjetividade.
