Abstract

RESUMO

O artigo pretende abordar de modo breve algumas características da recepção da obra de Marx tanto ao longo do século XX quanto na atualidade, indicando simultaneamente as possíveis causas das ocorrências sucessivas ao longo do tempo de distorções e mal-entendidos. Ao final do texto apontam-se as razões para o necessário balanço crítico acerca dos problemas assim identificados, os quais acarretam danos severos no plano teórico e no plano prático.
