Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma compreensão do que é a Eudaimonia para Aristóteles, definido de duas formas, como a vida do político e a vida do filósofo. Pretendemos mostrar como Aristóteles deixou a entender essas duas formas de Eudaimonia e como elas se relacionam de forma inclusiva, tomando os comentadores Ursula Wolf e J. L. Ackrill. Compreendendo a abrangência desse termo, procuraremos mostrar que a atual tradução de Eudaimonia, como felicidade, não corresponde ao que o Estagirita quis apontar como o bem mais elevado da vida humana.
