In this paper, we report the process of creation and application of a digital Learning Object (OL), part of a master’s research. We elaborated a sequence of activities involving the trigonometric functions sine, cosine, and their inverses, as a support to teachers from High School and technical courses in the field of Electro-electronics. The methodology used theoretical contributions and parameters from educational informatics, especially regarding the elaboration of learning objects. The activities of the OL, in the format of a didactic sequence, prioritize electrical circuits and the power triangle through the analysis of graphic representations. Twenty-one students, in the second year of the electronics course of a technical school, tested the OL. The categorization of error types facilitated the analysis of the application of the OL, indicating the efficacy of the experiment.
