Abstract

In this article, we analyze, from a discursive perspective, a post by a literature teacher Regina Dalcastagnè, published on Facebook on August 15, 2021, in which she disagrees with the editorial board that decided to keep the original writing of the work “Casa de Alvenaria”, by writer Carolina Maria de Jesus. The study was developed in the light of the texts “A noção de Discurso” and “Primado do Interdiscurso", by Maingueneau; “Os mecanismos enunciativos”, by Bronckart; and “Os estereótipos, muito bem. Os imaginários, ainda melhor”, by Charaudeau, which allowed us to reflect on the role of linguistic revision in literary works, based on the imaginaries that are revealed in the discourses.
