In this brief analysis, we seek to observe the illustrated anthology “De amor tenho vivido”, which brings together 50 poems by Hilda Hilst selected by the editorial board of Companhia das Letras, published in 2018. Understanding the anthology as a format that endures in the editorial market, we intended to analyze the dialogue between text and image that contributes to the seduction of the contemporary reader, immersed in an imagetic society, in addition to discussing the images as a result of an intersemiotic translation created by the illustrator from reading the the poet's verses. Thus, the concepts of model reader, intersemiotic translation, intermediality, multimediality, publishing, among others, permeate this work. We also discuss how the use of images in literary works, aimed at an adult reader, contributes or hinders the subjective process of reading and textual interpretation.
