PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA EL EJERCICIO FÍSICO EN SUPERVIVIENTES DE CÁNCER DE MAMA

El objetivo de este trabajo fue describir un modelo de intervención con ejercicio físico para sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama y su adherencia. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 30 mujeres, edad media 58,0 (±8,9) años, con diagnóstico primario de cáncer de mama. La intervención se llevó a cabo en un centro oncológico de alta complejidad en Maceió-AL, utilizando los componentes de la prescripción FITT: frecuencia (4 días a la semana), intensidad (parte aeróbica a través de ritmos musicales, escala de percepción subjetiva y ejercicios de resistencia a través de número de máximas). repeticiones), el tiempo de cada sesión fue de 45 minutos, el tipo de actividad ofrecida fue combinada y caminata. La adherencia a este modelo se evaluó en el ciclo de intervención de 12 semanas, siendo la adherencia a la sesión combinada del 76,2%, 65,5% en caminata y 70,8% en ambas sesiones, la tasa de abandono al final de este ciclo fue del 20,0%. En conclusión, la propuesta de un programa de ejercicio físico para mujeres sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama, durante un período de doce semanas, utilizando los principios de prescripción FITT, mostró una adherencia esperada en la literatura y una baja tasa de abandono.
