Resenha do livro “The UN at War”, de John Karlsrud (2018), que discute os desafios enfrentados pelas operações de paz realizadas pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) na contemporaneidade, especialmente o aumento do uso da força e o caráter de estabilização do peacekeeping no século XXI.
