A Ásia no sistema internacional e a China como pivô
Abstract
O crescimento da China não é um fenômeno que afeta somente a própria Ásia, nem um processo de aspectos contemporâneos de fluidos. É algo enraizado na História de longo alcance. A China não é "emergente", mas "re-emergente", e suas ações internacionais não são fáceis de explicar tendo como base apenas em teorias ocidentais de IR, mas também nas relações históricas entre os países asiáticos. Atualmente, o desenvolvimento da China está chegando a uma nova fase, através de um player global, se não for uma potência global.
