O objetivo do artigo é discutir os avanços recentes nas relações entre Rússia e América Latina. Considera-se que as afinidades entre esses atores foram aprofundadas no novo milênio, em decorrência da conjuntura global e da iniciativa de alguns de seus líderes. As recentes visitas oficiais de Vladimir Putin são analisadas em detalhe, a fim de compreender seu impacto e as possibilidades estratégicas desse relacionamento.Downloads
