O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir a ampliação do conceito e das ações de segurança no pós-Guerra Fria, e problematizar, desde uma perspectiva crítica, a inscrição do dispositivo da Responsabilidade de Proteger como instrumento que simboliza tal engajamento.
