Abstract

O artigo examina o sistema africano de proteção dos direitos humanos no contexto dos mecanismos de integração regional, particularmente no âmbito da União Africana. A partir do conceito de pan-africanismo, explora o exercício dos valores africanos e do direito ao desenvolvimento nestes mecanismos.
