En este trabajo se pretende presentar sucintamente la visión del sistema internacional que manifiestan los paradigmas dominantes, y sus variantes actuales, para posteriormente relacionarlos y finalizar con un breve análisis del poder asociado a la complejidad interméstica de una política exterior periférica.
Este artigo visa apresentar, em forma breve, a visão do sistema internacional que manifestam os paradigmas dominantes, e suas variantes atuais, para depois relacioná-los e concluir com uma breve análise do poder associado à complexidade interméstica de uma política exterior periférica.
This paper is intended to present the vision of the international system demonstrated by the dominant paradigms and their current versions. Subsequently it will link them with a brief analysis of the power associated with the complexity of a peripheral intermestic foreign policy.
