Adis Abeba como modelo de reflexão sobre a Cooperação Sul-Sul e desenvolvimento de uma Cidade Global na África Ocidental

Este artigo busca compreender como as políticas de cooperação sino-etíopes, enquanto relações Sul-Sul, estão produzindo novas relações de poder descentralizado no Sul Global e produzindo uma cidade global na África. O artigo apresenta a política externa chinesa para a Etiópia e depois faz um estudo de caso breve sobre a construção de uma vanguardia tecnológica, política e econômica da cidade de Adis Abeba como uma forte candidata a ser a próxima Cidade Global Sub-Saariana.
