What kind of alliance? The Biden government and Ukraine in the face of the Russia factor

This article analyzes the Biden administration's position on the issue of a US-Ukraine alliance. It is argued that American military support for Ukraine coincided with hesitations over the type of guarantees provided to Ukraine in the face of possible tensions with Russia, a question that permeates Post-Cold War US-Ukraine-Russia relations.
