From the perspective of the Knowledge Management Theory, the study present seeks to identify how intellectual assets are being managed SigFap Network of the scope. Therefore, the OKA - Organizational Knowledge Assessment method developed by the World Bank Institute – WBI, was applied for the analyze the constructive elements of research.The data collection was performed by applying interview scripts registered in Google Docs. The interpretation and data analysis was based upon the framework of the responses in the established categories for the study. The results main indicated that in the people aspect, social interactions of the studied network are marked by collaborative actions supported in online platform; as regards the processes, the knowledge flow has allowed the creation of new intellectual assets; and in respect of the systems, technology infrastructure uses the intranet and the internet to knowledge share.
