The purpose of this research was to provide a status quo for research on digital entrepreneurship through a gathering of literature published from 2010 to 2020 in the Web of Science database. The methodological approach adopted was bibliometrics, linked to the analysis of relationship networks (co-quotation, co-occurrence and co-authorship) between authors and scientific publications. The key word used was digital entrepreneurship. Of the 465 articles available, only 29 deal specifically with digital entrepreneurship. Thus, 64% of publications were between the years 2019 and 2020. The USA appears with the highest number of citations, Nambisan (2017) as the most mentioned author. The keywords with the highest number of occurrences were “innovation”, “technology” and “performance”. This study contributes to the field of entrepreneurship by providing the current face of research on digital entrepreneurship in the face of technological developments in the last decade and concludes that there is no stagnation or setback, but an exponential advance in research in the area, interest in the topic, a fact that collaborates to motivate future research and new approaches
