A ESTRUTURAÇÃO NARRATIVA DAS FIGURAS FEMININAS NO LIVRO DE TOBIAS

Resumo
O livro de Tobias, tradicionalmente associado à literatura sapiencial do judaísmo do Segundo Templo e classificado como um romance judaico, possui uma rica história textual cujas principais testemunhas são as versões longa (Codex Sinaiticus) e curta (Codex Vaticanus). Apesar do viés patriarcal da época e do protagonismo masculino, as figuras femininas desempenham papéis fundamentais e retoricamente contundentes na construção do enredo. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar narrativamente a estruturação das personagens femininas na história de Tobias, concentrando-se prioritariamente em Ana, Sara e Edna, sem desconsiderar as personagens menores, Débora e a criada. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa ampara-se nos pressupostos da crítica narrativa, adotando como base textual a Bíblia de Jerusalém. O percurso hermenêutico investiga a caracterização dessas mulheres, o modo como operam de forma panorâmica no texto e, por fim, o papel que desempenham na teologia geral do livro. Os resultados preliminares apontam que, mesmo em um cenário de restrição social, as mulheres possuem relevância teológica, instrutiva e estrutural, servindo também de contraparte às figuras masculinas.
