Abstract

This study has the purpose of presenting a discussion about the development of a geographical reasoning in COVID-19 times, especially the (im)possibilities and challenges. In this way, it is guided in the sense of highlighting the proposal of geographic reasoning according to the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC) in relation to geographic teaching in the construction of Basic Education; to point out discontinuities, weaknesses and inequalities in Distance Education (DE) that is configured in an not democratized space and Active Methodologies as educational possibilities at this moment.
