Abstract

This article entitled “Pedagogical Coordination: a function founded on an interpersonal relationship” presents and opens a discussion about how the function of the pedagogical coordinator is founded on interpersonal relationships in the school environment. To deepen our reflections, it was necessary to contextualize some aspects, such as: the concept of management, the profile of the coordinator and the importance of collective work that enables the valorization of social relations. In addition, it is worth mentioning that we are beings endowed with particularities and good management articulates their actions, respecting cultural differences, to overcome the challenges present in school life.
