Abstract

This article presents a neuropsychomotor view of the so-called COVID 19 pandemic, which seeks to address three basic points: first, how sequelae of confined bodies can emerge in terms of disturbing psychomotor and psychosomatic effects; second, that emotional and social impacts the same constrained bodies can cause in terms of well-being and mental health; and finally, how to deal with the uncertainty and threat of the lethal pandemic crisis in the future.
