Abstract

This article is the result of concerns about returning to face-to-face classes during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The limitations caused by inequalities in internet access in Brazil have made studies difficult during the pandemic. In view of the need to minimize negative consequences of distance education and social isolation, the Ministry of Education and Fiocruz produced guidelines for returning to face-to-face classes. Considering the current educational context, the main objective of the article is to propose a dialogue to mitigate all the risks of returning to school and the consequences of social restrictions. In other words, for the best directions in education, to clarify the fears of everyone involved, and of course the awareness of the risks of the virus spreading, it is necessary to be guided by Paulo Freire's dialogical principles.
