Abstract

The Emergency Remote Learning (ERE) occurred due to the increase in cases of coronavirus contamination, since it was necessary to adapt the classroom lessons to the digital environment, as a way to prevent Covid-19. This study, which is an integrative literature review, aimed to know the view of basic education teachers regarding this teaching modality, such as its challenges, learning obtained, tools used, and methods applied. The databases Portal de Periódicos Capes, LILACS, Pepsic, Index psi, Scielo and Educ@ were used, from which 11 articles reported on the subject were selected. Positive factors were mentioned in the areas of technological resources, teaching methodologies, student behavior and personal issues of teachers, as well as it was found several difficulties described in the same fields, which were overcome with the personal efforts of teachers. From the information found, it was concluded that, despite the problems caused by it, the ERE opened new horizons for the educational field and resulted in several learnings, among which can be mentioned the reflection of the pedagogical practice and the search for new knowledge.
