Abstract

This article aims to investigate the use of the comma as a marker resource for syntactic mobility, and for its focus, a bibliographic survey is carried out that aims to weave questions such as its use principle from grammars, as well as notions of syntax of the Brazilian Portuguese. Based on these considerations, the analysis of a corpus composed of texts is carried out, in which it seeks to reflect on how the comma has been used in statements and, based on that, the attribution of meanings it causes and its syntactic mobility.
