The authors of the book "The Yes Brain", by Daniel Siegel and Tina Bryson, present some educational and neurosciences principals, that give possibilities for parents, teachers and children to expand their view and mind, enlarge knowledge and learn new information, by saying "yes" to the world. This is an easy-to-read book that exhibits important notions about the nervous system and its functions, from childhood behavioral experiences. It is possible for the adults to help children to face adverse situations more lightly, based on affection, care and listening. The reflections and questions suggested in the end of the chapters invites the reader to rethink their educational practices and instruments.
