This paper discusses the specificity of administrative acts, and, among them, those practiced by the police chief, their characteristics and particularities in the face of administrative acts practiced by other organs of the Public Administration. It seeks to make a connection between the various branches of law, turning, especially to the acts performed by the police authority, establishing a parallel with the acts performed by the Judiciary. The present discussion is based on the mixture between the spheres of Law in the application of the Criminal Law and the guarantees that give rise to interdisciplinary peculiarities.
