The aim of this article is to conduct a study on the Nuremberg Court, relevant after the consequences of World War II and Naziideology, based on a multidisciplinary study based on public international law and cinematographic works, as several films related to the theme of this study, such as "Schindler's List", "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas" and "The Diary of a Young Girl". The Nuremberg Court can be regarded as an exception court, which has set precedents for the International Courts which would arise in subsequent years and the protection and guarantee of human rights. It can be seen that this court was a joint initiative of the winning nations of World War II, in order to ensure the trial of those responsible for the crimes committed during this period. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the particularities of these judgments, which are the measure of justice and partiality in the decisions given by the Court above, as well as the case of the trial of Adolf Eichmann, to understand the competence of trials, even because they are crimes beyond the borders of a single nation, situations that can also be understood from the cinematographic work "Operation Finale". It is noted that, although it is possible to observe the important advances arising from the Nuremberg Court and its contribution to public international law, such as the influence on what is understood today as the United Nations (UN), there is also criticism about the form that was carried out and the existence as an exception.
